Dr. Jenna Phillips graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2017. She is a certified Pilates instructor, currently teaching at Breathe and Windsor Squash and Fitness. She helps her patients by reducing pain, increasing mobility, and educating to prevent future injuries. Her philosophy is to improve overall quality of life and optimize function of the body. Her techniques include; chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue mobilization, cold laser therapy, KT taping, rehabilitation exercises, flexion/distraction, compression stockings and orthotics. She has experience treating; motor vehicle injuries, sport injuries, work related injuries, pre and post-natal and patients of all ages. Dr. Jenna is always accepting new patients.
